Change of plans! Upload connection too slow; watch for emails!

Wheels Up!

(Note: the internet connection is slow and not allowing photo uploads right now... I'll work on that later. Rest assured we have plenty of photos!)

Our 12-hour trek finally ended when we arrived ar our Orlando home-away-from-home and all girls were safely tucked into bed by 2:30 am. Despite the hour, everyone was still pumped with excitement and covered with smiles.

Great thanks to Kate and Johnelle for arriving early, stocking all the room kitchenettes with healthy snacks and water, and spending their afternoon finagling with hotel registration to ensure all the girls are on the same fifth floor hallway... safe and sound!

The weather has not disappointed... 85* at midnight as promised. Hydration, kicking jet lag, and finding a good hairspray are certain concerns for the morning. :)

Bon Voyage Party - Sunday, July 10th

After some final pre-trip planning instructions from the two Kates... the party was off and running! Great food, great conversation, and great horse-play made for a really fun afternoon.

One more practice and final scrimmage, and we're off to Florida!
